Senior Audit Leader

Non-Temp Full-time Permanent Position for Fortune 500 Organization

We are looking for a Senior Audit Leader in the wholesale banking department of the finance industry. This person will have great opportunities to gain experience to several lines of business within the company. Must be able to multi-task, be very flexible and manage a team.

Other responsibilities include the following:

• Work with other team members in performing risk assessment related tasks. Participates in integrated audits and either supervises or leads execution of the process.
• Demonstrate professional skepticism.
• Writes opinions based on relevant facts that lead to logical conclusions. Reports significant risks to management.
• Be a leader on projects and able to assign tasks to team members.
• Train and give support to staff on required knowledge and skills. Demonstrate an understanding of Wholesale Banking and Insurance Broker related business functions.
• Up to 35% travel may be required.

• 6+ years audit, regulatory risk management, compliance, accounting and/or finance experience.
• Demonstrated knowledge of auditing and risk and control assessment,Wholesale banking laws and /or other high risk regulations and the Financial Services industry.

Minimum Qualifications 

• BA in Business, Finance, or Accounting
• MBA
• CPA, Security Licenses, and regulatory certifications,Professional certification (CAMS, CPA, CFA, CISA, CIA, Series 7, etc)
• Experience with Insurance Brokers
• Consistent success in supervising and leading project teams in performing audits.
• Strong organizational, project, and time management skills.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills

Salary Range: $80,000 to $100,000 (DOE, Depends on Experience)
