Senior Associate, Trustee & Depositary

In this role, you’ll help ensure that investment funds act in accordance with their investment guidelines, that any errors or breaches are investigated and resolved, and that fund assets are properly safeguarded in line with regulatory expectations.

In this role, you will make an impact in the following ways:

• Take an active role in our Fund Oversight operations 
• Monitor that the funds comply with investment restrictions and guidelines
• Investigate errors and potential breaches – and follow up with relevant parties
• Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders across functions and jurisdictions
• Identify and implement efficiency improvements in our workflows
• Ensure strong regulatory compliance, especially under Danish regulations

In this role, we are seeking the following:

• You are detail-oriented and thrive in a structured, analytical environment
• You are fluent in both Danish and English
• You bring experience from Compliance, Back Office, Middle Office, Audit – or a similar area
• You’re proactive, curious, and enjoy solving problems in close collaboration with your team
