At PwC, our people in deals focus on providing strategic advice and support to clients in areas such as mergers and acquisitions, divestitures, and restructuring. They help clients navigate complex transactions and maximise value in their business deals.

In transaction services at PwC, you will provide strategic advice and support to clients in their mergers, acquisitions, and divestitures. Your work will include conducting due diligence, financial analysis, and managing the transaction process.

Focused on relationships, you are building meaningful client connections, and learning how to manage and inspire others. Navigating increasingly complex situations, you are growing your personal brand, deepening technical expertise and awareness of your strengths. You are expected to anticipate the needs of your teams and clients, and to deliver quality. Embracing increased ambiguity, you are comfortable when the path forward isn’t clear, you ask questions, and you use these moments as opportunities to grow.

Per questa opportunità è previsto un inserimento con contratto al 1° livello CCNL Commercio con una retribuzione indicativa tra 37.000€-50.000€, la cui determinazione finale sarà definita anche in base alla valutazione delle tue competenze ed esperienze pregresse. In aggiunta, è prevista una componente variabile legata alla performance fino a un massimo del 20% della retribuzione.
