We are seeking a Senior Associate Scientist to join our team, supporting our pipeline in a hybrid work mode. In this role, you will develop and validate immunoassays while collaborating with Assay Development Group scientists and study directors. Discover your role:

  • Design, execute, and troubleshoot immunoassays, including enzyme-linked immunosorbent assays, with minimal supervision.
  • Develop immunoassay methods and write validation protocols for study director review.
  • Perform validation experiments and prepare tabular results, reports, and procedure documents.
  • Process samples, run assays, and analyze data under current GxP guidance.
  • Evaluate new immunoassay technologies, formats, and techniques.
  • Operate laboratory instruments and oversee verifications or maintenance when required.
  • Oversee reagent preparation, laboratory supplies, cleanliness, and safety compliance.
  • You manage multiple projects and clearly present results through reports or presentations.

This role requires:

  • Bachelor’s degree in biology or a related field and three to six years of experience.
  • Hands-on immunoassay knowledge using multiple detection systems.
  • Understanding of methodologies measuring proteins and immunogenicity.
  • Knowledge of Good Laboratory Practice, FDA regulations, and company standard operating procedures.
  • Prior bioanalytical assay development experience is highly desirable.
  • Master’s degree is preferred.
