Job Description & Summary

A career in Knowledge Management, within Internal Firm Services, will provide you with the opportunity to play an integral part of knowledge sharing across the PwC network so that we can continually provide better service to our clients. You’ll help organise and manage various sources of information as well as provide research support for internal and external clients.

PwC Malaysia’s Clients and Markets team focuses on positioning a distinctive PwC brand in the marketplace. We work across our Lines of Service to help create and deliver value to our clients, by developing and sharing market insights, understanding client needs, deepening and strengthening relationships and winning new business.

Our team supports PwC client engagement teams to manage their key accounts, sales pursuits and sales pipeline. We invite applications from candidates with experience in business research and a strong proficiency in English and Bahasa Malaysia to join us.

Key Responsibilities :

• Provide research support to internal teams involved with key accounts, key industry

• sectors and target companies

• Attend to research requests which are typically related to analysing specific topics, from

• economics, industry and business issues to or specific companies information

• Organise and maintain research databases and support end-users to use these

• databases

• Compile and organise research findings in google slides or powerpoint presentations, in

• the form of graphs, charts and diagrams

• Document, report, and present research findings to our management and client-facing

• teams

• Support the curation and development of content for thought leadership publications and

• business development efforts

Candidate Profile :

• Strong proficiency in English. Ability to translate English language to Bahasa Malaysia is

• an added advantage

• Relevant experience in business research and familiar with research information sources

• High attention to detail, good time management and planning skills as well as the ability

• to meet tight deadlines

• Experience in preparing presentation slides and report writing

• Agile, able to work with ambiguity and has a can-do attitude
