Division

Group Finance – Accounting Operation

Purpose

•Support Manager Reference Data & Data Management Operations with:

–Performance monitoring and reporting (daily, weekly, monthly, other) 

–Support internal/external audit review activities

–Maintain SOPs for Operations teams

–Maintain BCPs for Operations teams

–Manage delivery of change related activity, i.e. business funded

•Improving reference data quality and integration across data sources, applications and technologies

Capabilities, Experience & Qualification Requirements 

Essential capabilities

•Analytical and creative thinker, High attention to detail and innovative problem solver

•Self motivated, proactive, highly organised

•Requires minimal management oversight. Able to meet aggressive timelines while working on multiple tasks simultaneously. Able to stay calm in the face of adversity

Other capabilities

•Experience interpreting and presenting business insights from large datasets

•Experience Improving data quality and integration across data sources, applications and technologies is highly desirable.

Qualification Requirements

•Tertiary qualifications in business, finance, science or engineering, or other is highly desirable

•Support business/process change to improve service levels and data quality for internal stakeholders

•Support Manager with key stakeholder relationships
