We are seeking a qualified and experienced Immigration Lawyer to join our dynamic team.
In this role:
You will be responsible for managing the entire immigration process for a diverse portfolio of clients, covering all types of work and residence permits, in line with established procedures. Your work will ensure that client needs are not only met but exceeded through high-quality legal and strategic support.
You will review and follow up on immigration applications, ensure compliance with German immigration regulations, and coordinate efficient, solution-oriented processes that meet critical deadlines.
You’ll act as the main point of contact, providing all relevant stakeholders with clear and actionable guidance on immigration steps in an effective and timely manner.
Your structured, proactive, and precise approach will help you manage expectations and deliver consistently high standards of service. You will maintain accurate records and templates within our systems and ensure all tasks are completed with diligence and timeliness.
As a senior team member, you will also serve as a go-to person for junior staff, offering support, training, and mentorship.
You will proactively identify areas for improvement within the team and play a key role in handling high-profile or VIP cases.
Strong communication with immigration authorities is essential.
The ideal candidate:
Is a fully qualified lawyer ("Volljurist/in") with at least two years of professional experience in immigration law or a related field.
Is fluent in both German and English.
