Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Fixed Income Dealer to join our Seoul, South Korea office. The role involves executing fixed income trades, monitoring market changes, and ensuring timely and efficient trading operations.

Primary Responsibilities

• Responsible for execution of fixed income trading (special bonds, financial bonds issuances, OTC trading, etc.)
• To monitor and review changes in markets and trades and relay such information to the Investment Team.
• efficient and timely execution as deemed best to achieve best execution
• To exercise discretion on price, broker selection and timing of purchases and sales within guidelines
• Assist in system enhancement projects/Ad Hoc projects
• Responsible for making the daily/ monthly dealing reports to the Management and clients.
• Management of accounts.
• Co-ordinate relationships between Fund Operation Team and brokers for post execution-processing efficiency and assist in the resolution of any settlement problems as and when required.
• Provide support for offshore trades and related FX hedging, FX to meet settlement timelines when it needs.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or above, preferably in Business, Finance or Economics discipline
• Around 2-3 years’ proven dealing experience in Korean fixed income market
• Advanced knowledge of the fixed income market, with experience in primary issuances, secondary market trading
• Sound knowledge of financial services industry and investment products
• Good time management skills. Able to work with tight schedules
•  Strong numerical and analytical skills
• Preferably able to communicate in written/reading English.
