Job Responsibilities

• Supports implementation and documentation activities related to firm or engagement-level analytical or quality initiatives.
• Assists in identifying, assessing, and documenting risks and controls related to analytical processes.
• Supports evaluation, monitoring, and remediation activities related to analytical quality and effectiveness.
• Prepares analysis, documentation, and reporting materials for leadership and stakeholders.
• Collaborates across teams to support consistent execution of analytics-related initiatives.
• Performs ad hoc analytical and documentation tasks as assigned.

Minimum Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or a related field.
• 2–3 years of experience.

Preferred Qualifications

• CPA designation completed or in progress.
• Experience supporting internal controls, quality management, or governance initiatives.

Additional Role Expectations

• Travel: Limited.
• Peak Periods: Increased workload during evaluation or reporting cycles.
• Licensure Progress: Active progress toward CPA where applicable.
• Scheduling: Flexibility to support firm or engagement needs.
