Job Description & Summary

We are looking for visual communication designers who are enthusiastic about creating

meaningful and memorable visual collaterals for our clients that can range from marketing

collaterals to mobile and web portal interactions, man-machine, machine-machine

interactions, dashboards, videos, animations, prototypes in both print and digital media.

The candidate should be an expert in one area and express that as core strength while

displaying agility to adopt the changing needs of the business. Expectations of the role are

listed below.

• Must be experienced in design for both digital and print media

• Establish the look and feel for various interfaces, including websites, mobile devices,

apps, kiosks & wearables

• Work within existing or developed brand guidelines to create layouts that reinforce a

brand’s style or voice through its visual touchpoints

• Design user-centered interaction models, wireframes or screen mockups

• Design logos, icons and infographics

• An eye for detail while not losing sight on the timelines

• Experience in communicating their design concept & approach to clients, developers

and other important stakeholders.

• Create and organize production assets

• Effectively manage project expectations & internal initiatives on time and on quality.

A solid foundation in typography, layout and design

• Strong problem-solving skills

• Willingness to learn and experiment

• The ability to effectively take direction and work both collaboratively and

autonomously

Professional experience and technical skills-

• Required to have a bachelor’s degree in design

• Experience in relevant work is desired (1-4 years)

• Should have a firm grasp of the Adobe Creative Suite, particularly Photoshop,

Illustrator, XD and InDesign

• Experience with other softwares like Adobe Sketch, InVision, Zeplin, Lightroom is a plus.
