Job Description & Summary

Creating business intelligence from data requires an understanding of the business, the data, and the technology used to store and analyse that data. Using our Rapid Business Intelligence Solutions, data visualisation and integrated reporting dashboards, we can deliver agile, highly interactive reporting and analytics that help our clients to more effectively run their business and understand what business questions can be answered and how to unlock the answers.

Experience: Minimum 3 years

Qualification: MBA (Full Time - Premier Institute)/CA

Mandatory skill set -

1. Extensive knowledge on one or more processes (Source to Pay, Order to Cash, Commercial, Marketing, SCM, Record to Reports, Hire to Retire), - the standard process flow, typical challenges and industry best practices, KPIs and standard reporting practices
2. Ability to identify KPIs for a business function, harmonize KPIs across departments, define KPI building logic, map KPI logic to source system tables and fields, design dashboards and report wireframes.
3. Excellent communication skill and documentation capabilities - should be able to drive client conversations, create BRDs, translate functional requirement to technical terms and write response to RFPs
4. Very good knowledge of MS Office (PPT, Excel, Word and MPP)
5. Experience in handling both B2B and B2C processes.
6. Expertise in any of the industries in the Consumer Products and Diversified Industrial Products sectors
7. Analytical skills, logical thinking abilities and creative mindset
Desired skill set -
1. Understanding of RDBMS concepts, data modelling principles and overall data management concepts.
2. Ability to write SQL queries and work on any visualization tool like PowerBI, Tableau and Qlik
3. Knowledge on SAP and/or ERPs and off the shelf tools for specific functional areas.

Special mention - India Domestic client facing experience will be provided additional weightage.
