Qualification:
- Post graduate / MBA from premier institute
 
Experience:
- 0 – 3 years / 3 years+ / 5 years+ for Consultant / Senior consultant / Manager levels
respectively
- Prior experience in management consulting for financial services sector shall be preferred
 
Job Profile:
 Effective in working with clients, across departments and seniority.
 Effective in understanding business needs and translating the information into business
and technical requirements.
 Problem solving and analytical skill.
 Structured thinking and reasoning ability
 Comfortable working with complex and ambiguous business requirements and translating
them into the design of solutions.
 Take ownership of workstreams / engagements and persist to ensure quality and timely
deliverables.
 Knowledge/ Awareness about financial services sector
 Excellent verbal and written communication.
 Manage engagement delivery at high client satisfaction levels and identify follow-up
opportunities with the same clients.

 Support / Lead business development, research, team building and internal firm
initiatives.

This role will require travel to customer locations.
