About the ideal candidate
As a Support Engineer, you will be responsible for providing technical assistance and support for
our microservice-based Data Product. You will work closely with the development and
operations teams to ensure the seamless operation and performance of our systems.
Education and Experience
 Bachelors / Masters Degree in engineering.
 4 - 8 years of experience in Enterprise wide product/ platform Technical support
 Experience in Airline domain is a plus
Candidate Overview:
 Provide expert-level Product support with a focus on operational Excellence.
 Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to system performance, application
errors, and infrastructure problems.
 Collaborate with cross-functional teams including developers, operations, and quality
assurance to diagnose and address complex issues.
 Monitor system performance and proactively identify areas for optimization and
improvement.
 Develop and maintain technical documentation, including troubleshooting guides and
best practices.
 Participate in on-call rotation for critical issue resolution outside regular business hours.
 Stay updated with the latest technologies and industry trends.
Technical Skill:
 Proven experience (5-7 years) working as a Support Engineer or similar role in a
production environment.
 Hands-on experience with handling production issues, debugging with team and finding
the root cause.
 Experience in troubleshooting and debugging complex systems.
