Job Title: Functional Consultant - Contract management
Role: Implementation of Contract Management Systems
Experience: 5 to 8 years’ experience in implementing Source to Pay or Contract Management technologies
Location: Pune, Mumbai, Gurgaon, Delhi and Bangalore

Domain knowledge:
• Understanding of end to end Contract Lifecycle or Source to Pay cycle.
• Icertis Certified Professional having at least 5+ years of Industry experience out of which at least 3 years in
Icertis technology
• Must have worked on at least two Icertis Implementation projects.
• Should have in-depth knowledge of ITIL framework for support related to Icertis.
Job roles and Responsibilities:
• Gather and document requirements and responsible for creating Business Requirement document, Solution
document,etc.
• Document and map “as-is” and “to-be” process in Visio diagram
• Excellent hand on experience in configuration, testing and analytical skills to break software under test
• Create User stories and test Cases based on the captured requirements
• Interact with customers on/ off-site to troubleshoot issues, provide workarounds by leveraging your
troubleshooting skills
• Assist in functional testing and support in conducting UAT and PROD deployment
• Ability to write and review test strategy, test plans, test cases, defect reports, traceability metrics for
SaaS/PaaS implementations
• Fast learner and an ability to work in a dynamic fast paced environment with minimal supervision.
• Project Management skills with knowledge of presentation and should be able to give demos
• Should have good communication skills
