As a Senior Consultant you'll work as part of a team of problem solvers, helping to solve complex business issues from strategy to execution. Specific responsibilities include but are not limited to:

  • Supporting the Team in transaction advisory: Active participation in capital markets transactions, including IPOs/SPOs and debt transactions. Your responsibilities will include analyzing the form and content of financial disclosures in transaction documentation, such as prospectuses and information memoranda, to ensure the highest quality.
  • Comfort letters: Participation in performing agreed-upon procedures related to transaction documentation and in preparing comfort letters, while also supporting the overall transaction process to ensure its efficient execution.
  • IPO readiness assessment: Participation in projects assessing companies’ readiness to conduct an initial public offering (IPO), where you will co-create operational readiness assessment reports that are key to a successful stock exchange debut.
  • Cross-functional collaboration: Working with specialists from various departments across the firm to create a multidisciplinary transaction team that supports our clients at every stage of their preparation for a capital markets transaction.
  • Finance transformation projects: Participation in cross-functional strategic finance transformation projects covering, among other areas, treasury policies and procedures, cash flow forecasting, corporate treasury, and management reporting.
  • Assist in the coaching of junior team members during projects and actively mentor Consultants in the Capital Markets & Treasury team.
  • Keep up to date with current regional and global economic and business trends, particularly maintaining a keen interest in Capital Markets / Treasury trends and the impact on our clients.

Education Level:

  • Bachelor / master’s degree from a leading Uzbekistan or abroad university (Finance, Mathematics, Statistics Economics, Accounting or IT degree)
  • Professional qualifications (ACCA, CFA, ACT, FRM, SAP, 1C etc.) is an advantage

Experience, knowledge, skills:

  • Knowledge of financial accounting under IAS/IFRS
  • A conceptual understanding of how IPO, bond, and equity transactions are structured
  • Advanced user of MS Office suite, in particular MS Excel, MS PowerPoint
  • Strong focus on personal & professional growth and development
  • A good understanding of Treasury & Corporate Finance processes is an advantage
  • Knowledge of budgeting process and management accounting is an advantage
  • Strong teamwork skills and project work experience, Client-focused approach
  • Excellent organizational skills, having the ability to prioritize workload whilst being resilient and able to cope well under pressure and meet tight deadlines
  • Demonstration of familiarity with new technologies and AI-based tools in everyday work (e.g. task automation, information analysis, content preparation)
  • Advanced level of English proficiency
