We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Architect specializing in Underground (UG) infrastructure to join our team in Surat, India. As a Senior Architect- UG, you will lead the design and development of innovative underground structures and systems, ensuring the highest standards of safety, functionality, and sustainability.

• Develop and oversee the design of complex underground structures and infrastructure projects
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to create comprehensive architectural plans and specifications
• Conduct site visits and inspections in Surat and surrounding areas to assess project feasibility and progress
• Manage project timelines, budgets, and resources to ensure successful project delivery
• Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior architects and team members
• Ensure compliance with local building codes, regulations, and industry standards for underground construction
• Implement sustainable design practices and innovative solutions for underground spaces
• Coordinate with clients, contractors, and stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle
• Prepare and present detailed project reports, proposals, and design concepts to clients and senior management

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture
• Total Experience of 15 years with relevant experience of 5 years in Underground Metro project.

Compensation (from employer):
3000000 – 3250000 INR (YEARLY)
