Senior Architect - Site

We are seeking a talented and experienced Senior Architect with a focus on site supervision to join our dynamic team in Dubai, United Arab Emirates. In this role, you will lead Architectural projects from concept to completion, ensuring high-quality execution and client satisfaction.

• Develop innovative and functional Architectural concepts for residential and commercial projects
• Oversee on-site implementation of design plans, ensuring adherence to specifications and quality standards
• Collaborate with architects, contractors, and other stakeholders to resolve design and construction issues
• Manage project timelines, budgets, and resources effectively
• Conduct regular site visits to monitor progress and address any challenges
• Ensure compliance with local building codes, regulations, and safety standards
• Provide guidance and mentorship to junior designers
• Liaise with clients to understand their needs and present design solutions
• Stay updated on industry trends, sustainable practices, and new materials

• Bachelor's degree in architectural or a related field
• Minimum of 15 years of experience in Architectural Building Works, with a focus on site supervision
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in UAE, Consultant side.
• Proficiency in CAD software, such as AutoCAD and SketchUp
• Strong knowledge of building codes and regulations, particularly in Dubai
• Excellent project management skills and ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously
• Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills
• Proven problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
• Experience in sustainable design practices
• BIM Knowledge and using 
• Willingness to work on-site in various locations across Dubai
• Fluency in English; knowledge of Arabic is advantageous
