3NK Engineers & Architects is seeking an Architect with 6+ years of experience to join our creative Design team in a full time basis. What You Will Do

• Conceptualize and review and design ideas for architectural projects, keeping in mind client’s needs and building’s usage.
• Review and develop plans, 3d visualizations and detailed construction drawings for residential, workspace and commercial building projects.
• Deliver designs that follow the current building codes and regulations, specific standards and guidelines.
• Compile project specifications, specify required materials, source materials and products.
• Compose and present reports, proposals and design presentations.
• Cooperate and liaise with construction professionals and clients.
• Make on site visits to check on project status and report on project.
• Follow and keep up to date to architectural and building codes ongoing modifications.
• Follow and keep up to date to architectural and interior design trends, materials and advancements.

Requirements

• Degree in Architecture.
• Proven working experience as an architect of 6+ years (please attach your portfolio).
• Excellent command of AutoCAD, SketchUp (or similar), Vray (or similar), Twinmotion (or similar), Adobe Suite (Photoshop, InDesign), Microsoft Office (Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Strong knowledge of Greece’s Building Codes and legislation (NOK).
• Experience in Permit development (permit documentation, drawings, approvals from services)
• Experience in a range of project scales ( Masterplanning to Interior Design).
• Fluency in Greek and English.
• Communication and project management skills.
