  • Select and implement appropriate data storage and modeling strategies based on performance and scalability requirements.
  • Ensure high data quality, reliability, and documentation across the analytics layer.

Advanced Analytics & Predictive Data Products

  • Lead the development of predictive data products to quantify user performance, churn risk, and customer health.
  • Integrate fraud analytics and anomaly detection into core data transformations to enable proactive risk mitigation.
  • Apply appropriate statistical and machine learning techniques, evaluating models and interpreting results independently.

Visualization & Storytelling

  • Prepare and present compelling, easy-to-understand visualizations for stakeholders from executive to operational levels.
  • Design complex data visualizations using calculated fields and industry best practices in visual design.
  • Translate analytical findings into clear, actionable insights that influence business decisions.

Research & Innovation

  • Explore emerging methodologies, including LLMs, GenAI, and advanced analytics techniques, to improve data-driven decision-making.
