As a Senior Supply Chain Operations Excellence Analyst, you will serve as a key driver of supply chain transformation across the ASEAN region. This role goes beyond analytics—it integrates strategy, execution, and stakeholder influence to identify and drive impactful initiatives. You will be part of ASEAN operation excellence team that lead cross-functional efforts to deliver visibility, insights, and operational improvements across the supply chain.

Key responsibilities:

• Drive Supply Chain Improvement Projects: Drive supply chain initiatives that support cost optimization, service level enhancement, and operational excellence
• Strategic Reporting and KPI Management: Oversee the development and governance of regional KPIs, ensuring alignment with business goals and stakeholder requirements
• Advanced Analytics and Insights: Design and develop sophisticated data models and dashboards to identify performance gaps, emerging risks, and opportunities for improvement.
• Stakeholder Collaboration: Partner with cross-functional teams and global counterparts to align objectives, share best practices, and ensure effective implementation of initiatives
• Operational Visibility and Decision Support: Deliver actionable recommendations and enable data-driven decisions across ASEAN by integrating data from various sources including ERP (SAP)..etc
• Change Management and Capability Building: Support and lead enablement strategies, conduct workshops and training sessions to foster a culture of continuous improvement and data literacy across teams

Qualifications and Experience

• Bachelor’s degree in supply chain management, Business, Industrial Engineering, or a related field
• At least 5+ years of relevant experience in supply chain, business analysis, or process improvement roles
• Proven experience leading supply chain or operational excellence initiatives with measurable business impact.
• Hands-on expertise in data tools (e.g., Power BI, Excel, Tableau, SQL); experience with SAP or other ERP systems strongly preferred. Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Proven ability to work in a cross-functional, multicultural environment
• Self-starter with a continuous improvement mindset and strong attention to detail
