You will help shape how Global IT plans, governs, and measures performance by bringing greater transparency to budgeting, forecasting, and decision-making.
This role is critical to ensuring that IT leaders have reliable financial insights, consistent governance information, and decision-ready reporting to effectively steer investments, prioritize initiatives, and drive sustainable business value.
What You Will Drive
Transparent and reliable IT budgeting, forecasting, and performance reporting across services, projects, and cost centers
Strong alignment between IT Governance, Technology Business Management, Finance, and Portfolio & Transformation Management
Executive-ready reporting that provides clear visibility into budget performance, forecast accuracy, risks, and investment priorities
Consistent governance standards, reporting methodologies, and decision-support processes across the Global IT organization
High-quality budget planning and forecast coordination by tracking assumptions, dependencies, and potential financial risks
Meaningful performance dashboards, KPIs, and scorecards that enable informed and timely management decisions
Continuous improvement of governance, budgeting, forecasting, and reporting processes to increase transparency and operational effectiveness
Strong collaboration across Finance, Controlling, Data & Analytics, Portfolio Management, and IT teams to ensure consistent data quality and reporting standards
Practical, business-oriented insights that translate financial and operational data into clear recommendations for senior stakeholders
What You Bring
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, IT Management, Finance, Project Management, or a related field
5+ years of experience in IT Governance, Technology Business Management (TBM), IT Financial Management, PMO, Business Analysis, or a comparable role
Strong understanding of IT governance, portfolio management, budgeting, forecasting, and performance management within complex international organizations
Experience supporting budget planning, financial forecasting, variance analysis, and executive reporting
Ability to translate financial, operational, and governance data into concise, decision-oriented management insights
Experience collaborating with Finance, Controlling, Portfolio Management, Project Management, and IT leadership teams
Proficiency with reporting and analytics tools such as Power BI, SAP Analytics Cloud, SAP ERP, Excel, and PowerPoint
Strong analytical skills combined with a structured and detail-oriented working style
Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and presentation skills across business and IT functions
Proactive mindset with a continuous improvement mentality and the ability to manage multiple priorities
Fluent in English (written and spoken)
