(Senior) Analyst – Data & AI Advisory Germany

We are looking for a motivated (Senior) Analyst to join our Data & AI Advisory team and support clients in unlocking the potential of data and artificial intelligence. In this role, you will work closely with senior advisors and technical experts to help shape data-driven strategies and deliver impactful solutions. This is an excellent opportunity to learn from experienced professionals, gain hands-on exposure to cutting-edge technologies, and build a strong foundation in data and AI consulting.

Key Responsibilities

• Client Support: Assist in analyzing client challenges and contribute to defining solutions that create business value through data and AI.
• Research & Analysis: Gather and interpret data to support the development of data management, data strategy, and AI strategy roadmaps.
• Collaboration: Work with advisory and technical teams to understand architectures and help design future-proof solutions.
• Workshops & Presentations: Prepare and deliver workshops and presentations for different stakeholder groups.
• Content Development: Contribute to creating presentations, reports, and frameworks for client engagements.
• Continuous Learning: Stay up to date with trends in data and AI and share insights with the team.

Experience:

• Internship or academic projects in data analytics, AI, or related fields are a plus.
   

Skills:

• Basic technical understanding of data management concepts, data and analytic platforms, and AI technologies.
• Familiarity with tools such as M365 Copilot, Copilot Studio, Power BI or Power Platform is an advantage.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Good communication and teamwork abilities.
• Excellent language skills: German at C1 level or higher and strong proficiency in English (both written and spoken)

Education:

• Bachelor’s degree in Mathematics, Computer Science, Business, or related field (Master’s degree is a plus).
