Responsibilities

• Manage the execution of design systems to support a code-first, AI-assisted future.
• Architect and maintain multi-platform token pipelines aligned with W3C standards to transform design decisions into consumable code variables. 
• Design guidelines, prompt recipes, and system metadata that supply AI agents with the necessary skills and context to author compliant code.
• Build a zero-doc framework where system documentation, rules, and established practices are parsed, updated, and generated by agents reading live component code.
• Author and maintain high-fidelity React components and CSS, ensuring production components mirror design craftsmanship and brand intent.

Qualifications

Minimum qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
• 6 years of experience building design systems.

Preferred qualifications:

• Experience building or maintaining custom token pipelines using W3C standards and Figma API integrations.
• Experience with CSS (including container queries, layers, and variables) and React.
• Expertise with Figma and its API or plugin ecosystem.
• Passion for AI-assisted development and the intersection of design and development.
