Senior AI Maturity & Readiness Consultant - 6Month

Müller's Solutions is seeking a Senior AI Maturity & Readiness Consultant for a 6-month contract role. In this position, you will work closely with clients to assess their current AI capabilities, develop strategic roadmaps, and prepare organizations for successful AI adoption and scaling. Your expertise will guide businesses to enhance their AI maturity and ensure operational readiness, enabling them to leverage AI technologies effectively and responsibly.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assess clients' current AI maturity levels through comprehensive evaluations of processes, technologies, data infrastructure, and organizational readiness.
• Develop detailed AI readiness frameworks and strategic roadmaps tailored to client goals and industry requirements.
• Provide expert guidance on best practices for AI implementation, governance, and ethical considerations.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify gaps, risks, and opportunities related to AI adoption.
• Facilitate workshops and training sessions to enhance client understanding of AI technologies and their impact.
• Monitor emerging AI trends and evolving technologies to offer up-to-date advice and innovative solutions.
• Support clients in developing change management strategies to foster an AI-ready culture within their organizations.

Requirements

Requirements:

• Bachelor's or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related field.
• Minimum of 7 years of experience in AI strategy, AI consulting, or related roles.
• Proven track record of assessing AI maturity and developing AI readiness frameworks.
• Strong understanding of AI technologies, machine learning, data management, and AI ethics.
• Experience working with cross-functional teams and stakeholders at various organizational levels.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and facilitation skills.
• Ability to manage consulting engagements independently within the 6-month contract period.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a strategic mindset.
