Senior AI Engineer

As a Senior AI Engineer, you will play a key role in shaping and delivering AI solutions that support meaningful business use cases. This role is suited to someone who enjoys turning advanced machine learning concepts into production-ready systems and partnering closely with cross-functional teams to bring AI capabilities into products and platforms.

Responsibilities

• Design and deploy scalable AI and machine learning solutions for production use
• Build and optimize LLM, NLP, or computer vision models for business needs
• Collaborate with product and engineering teams to integrate AI features
• Develop data pipelines, model evaluation frameworks, and monitoring processes
• Mentor junior engineers and drive AI best practices across the team

Requirements

• Degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Software Engineering, or a closely related field.
• 4+ years of experience in AI and machine learning implementations, including developing, deploying, and optimizing machine learning models and AI algorithms in production environments.
• Strong proficiency in Python, Java, or Scala, along with hands-on experience with machine learning libraries such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, or scikit-learn.
• Hands-on experience with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or GCP and AI services, along with familiarity with big data ecosystems including Spark, Kafka, and Hadoop.
• Experience with SQL or NoSQL databases and data warehousing technologies such as Snowflake, Redshift, or BigQuery, as well as building and managing data pipelines using ETL tools and orchestration frameworks such as Apache Airflow.
• Professional proficiency in English for client communication.
• Experience mentoring and leading junior team members is a plus.
