Experience the challenges, rewards and opportunity of working for one of the world’s largest providers of products and services to the global energy industry.

Job Duties

In this role you will lead permitting execution, construction-phase regulatory compliance, and code alignment for large-scale power generation projects (100 MW to multi-GW) across Australia and the Asia-Pacific region.

The successful candidate will ensure that projects can be legally constructed, safely executed, and fully compliant with all applicable codes and regulatory frameworks, while also influencing early-stage design to avoid delays during project execution.

This position reports globally to the Senior Director of our new Power Generation division and will be based at Jandakot, Western Australia. It is expected that this role will require local and international travel for at least 30% of your time.

  • Manage regulatory and authority interfaces
  • Drive risk management and project certainty

Qualifications

  • 10+ years of experience in regulatory & code compliance for energy or industrial projects
  • Experience with large-scale power generation projects (100 MW or greater)
  • Strong knowledge of mechanical, electrical and fuel handling systems
  • Familiarity with construction and safety regulatory frameworks
  • Experience supporting EPC execution and construction-phase compliance
  • Demonstrated experience working with regulatory authorities and inspection bodies
  • Ability to operate across both technical and construction execution environments
