As Senior Administration Officer you’ll be part of an experienced, engaged and dedicated team helping to create a welcoming, professional and supportive care experience for the residents of our Toowoomba Residence.

We are currently recruiting for 2 positions:

1x Senior Administration Officer - full-time permanent position

1x Administration Officer - Casual, 20hrs per fortnight.


Things that work for us: 

  • Experience in a similar role in an aged care desirable.

  • Experience and knowledge in payroll and rostering / UKG Kronos and FMR (Facilities Master Roster) highly regarded.

  • Advanced written and verbal communication skills   

  • Strong technical skills in all areas of Administration and IT support highly regarded 

  • Prioritise tasks, forward plan and utilise time effectively   

  • Nationally Coordinated Criminal History Check (NCCHC) 

  • NDIS Worker Screening Check will be a requirement of this role.
