This Role
Responsible for reviewing complex regulatory reporting outputs, supporting Analysts, managing client interactions, resolving delivery issues, and driving process improvements to ensure quality and compliance.

What You Will Do

  • You’ll review and deliver complex regulatory reporting outputs, ensuring accuracy, timeliness, and compliance with control standards and audit readiness.
  • You’ll support and guide Analysts by providing technical coaching, clarifying priorities, reviewing documentation, and maintaining quality expectations across the team.
  • You’ll act as a client contact by handling queries, participating in calls, coordinating onboarding, and managing reporting‑related discussions with stakeholders.
  • You’ll investigate and resolve delivery issues, exceptions, and data challenges, escalating complex matters appropriately while supporting remediation activities.
  • You’ll drive improvements by contributing to procedure updates, workflow enhancements, training initiatives, and continuous improvement efforts to strengthen efficiency and service quality.

About You 

  • You have relevant experience in regulatory reporting, fund services, depositary, compliance operations, or similar financial services environments.
  • You excel at reviewing complex deliverables in controlled, deadline‑driven settings, ensuring accuracy, timeliness, and adherence to KPIs and SLAs.
  • You engage effectively with internal stakeholders, managing reporting‑related issues to resolution and maintaining strong client and team communication.
  • You bring desirable expertise with exposure to AIFMD Annex IV or equivalent frameworks, experience in senior analyst or reviewer roles, and collaboration within offshore delivery models.
  • You demonstrate key behaviours including collaboration, accountability, sound decision‑making, stakeholder management, continuous improvement, and a strong commitment to quality and control.
