Senior accountant

Responsibilities:

a)     Responsible for overall GL and Costing accounting activities for ANZ and completely meet SAP Month End Closing Timetable without Errors.

b)    Conduct financial analysis, providing details reports on key financial metrics and trends for month end closing to explain PL BS Flux.

c)     Prepare monthly, quarterly, annual financial statements and ensure all financials reports comply with accounting standards and company policies.

d)    Maintain and improve internal control systems to ensure the accuracy and integrity of financial data.

e)     Ensure the company's financial operations comply with relevant laws, regulations, and internal policies.

f)     Liaise with external auditor, tax agent, and other institution.

g)    Ability to work cross function with other departments to provide financial perspectives.

h)    BS reconciliation, stock take, fixed assets monitor and physical checking.

i)     Local tax compliance filling such as GST/WHT/CIT if any.

j)     Assist in other ad-hoc tasks as assigned.

Requirements:

a)     Possess good interpersonal and communication skill, able to communicate in English is a must.

b)    3-5 years of working experiences in finance accounting and reporting

c)    Bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting, or relevant field, CMA/CPA will be an advantage.

d)    Knowledge of local financial regulation and Local GAAP, US GAAP will be an advantage.

e)    SAP system knowledge is must

f) Able to demonstrate the ability to work independently, effectively both as individual and as a team.
