Senior Accountant

About the Role

We are looking for Senior Accountant to support our Finance team in delivering accurate financial reporting, ensuring compliance with statutory requirements, and driving continuous process improvements. This role is ideal for someone with strong accounting expertise, excellent analytical skills, and experience working in a dynamic finance environment.

What You Will Do

• Prepare and analyze financial reports in a timely and accurate manner.

• Perform month-end closing activities and ensure compliance with reporting deadlines.

• Prepare statutory reports and ensure adherence to local regulatory requirements.

• Support accounting operations and other finance-related activities as required.

• Identify opportunities for process improvements and contribute to finance transformation initiatives.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure accurate financial data and reporting.

• Maintain compliance with International Financial Reporting Standards (IFRS) and company policies.

What You Will Need

• Bachelor's degree in accounting.

• Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in Finance and Accounting.

• Strong knowledge of International Financial Reporting Standards (IFRS) and statutory compliance.

• Good knowledge of financial systems and proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

• Ability to adapt to new systems, processes, and procedures.

• Demonstrated drive for continuous improvement.

• Excellent oral and written communication skills.

• Experience working in a Finance Shared Services environment is an advantage but not required.
