As a recognized leader in providing Private Markets Investment and Technology Solutions to clients across the globe, we manage approximately $134.9 billion in discretionary assets and have oversight of an additional $821.2 billion in non-discretionary assets as of December 31, 2024.
The Opportunity:
As a Senior Revenue Accountant, you will be responsible for all areas of accounts receivable management including contracting, billing, collections, and accounts receivable reporting.
Your responsibilities will be to:
- Research and analyze legal contracts to determine relevant economic information to calculate and determine revenue and/or commissions due
- Assist in month end-close including preparation of accruals, journal entries, and revenue analysis
- Assist with preparation of monthly internal financial reporting package and variance analysis
- Review account reconciliations
- Review client billing calculations for accuracy
- Ensure all billing, adjustments, and payments are posted in a timely and accurate fashion
- Ensure timely collections of receivables
- Responsible for ensuring all documentation exists and is maintained for internal control purposes
- Coordinate with external auditors on annual audit
- Special projects as assigned
Your background will include:
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting required
- 4-6+ years corporate accounting experience, including expert knowledge of US GAAP
- Experience with SOX 404 compliance efforts
- SEC/public company reporting experience preferred
- Aptitude for accounting and reporting systems required; experience with Workday Financials a plus
- Experience with complex investment management and/or private equity fund management fee calculations a plus
- Excellent communication skills and an innate ability to exercise sound judgment and take initiative in resolving problems and making recommendations
- Strong organizational skills, including the ability to multi-task, meet established deadlines and work independently
- Ability to analyze financial information with a meticulous attention to detail
- Proficiency in Excel required
