Job description
The purpose of this role is to perform and support the standard Operational Finance activities as detailed in the end to end transaction process documentation for which the role relates: Order to Cash; Purchase To Pay; Record To Report.

我們正在尋找一位細心、主動且具良好分析能力的總帳會計，負責公司關帳、帳戶對帳及財務報告相關作業。此職位需與跨部門密切合作，確保財務資訊之正確性，並符合公司政策及相關法規要求。


工作內容 :

  • 執行月結、季結及年結作業，確保關帳流程準時且準確完成
  • 編製及審核會計分錄，確保帳務處理完整且符合準則
  • 財務報表及數據分析
  • 配合外部會計師年度財務、稅務查核及移轉訂價相關作業
  • 支援年度內部稽核及相關文件準備
  • 參與財務流程優化及系統改善專案，提升作業效率與品質
  • 與各部門協作，協助解決日常帳務及財務相關問題

具備條件 :

  • 會計、財務或相關學歷
  • Excel
  • 細心負責，能於期限內完成工作
  • 高度適應性 (公司步調很快)
