Key responsibilities of position (Job Description)

• Verifying, allocating, posting and reconciling the accounts within area of responsibility (e.g. Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable and General Ledger).
• Maintaining accurate accounting within area of responsibility to be in line with accounting principles and reporting schedules.
• Producing accounting reports and present results.
• Collaborate with counterparts in the finance processes (e.g. Finance Shared Service Center personnel or personnel within Local Finance).
• Contribute to Continuous Improvements within area of responsibility.
• Medium complexity in terms of scope/organisation/responsibility.

• Manage and post Group invoices (AR/AP) in iScala using the Medius system

Requirements / Qualification

• +5 years of experience in Finance/Accounting at a multinational company preferred
• Preferred to have bachelor’s degree of Finance and Accounting, business administration
• Strong experience and competency in General Accounting, Tax, and Audit
• Internal Control experienced preferred.
• Global ERP system experienced preferred (SAP, iScala)
• Well-organized with excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Analytic sense and skillful PC operation
• Intermediate level in written and spoken English
