Wasserman Live are seeking an experienced team member to join our existing branding team delivering a high-quality service to Formula E Holdings.
The role will work alongside/support the Project Team to liaise and negotiate with the client, suppliers and contractors to ensure the smooth running of the event and an on-time delivery.
WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING:
- Understanding and developing the Client’s objectives and brief for branding enquiries
- To assist the day to day running of client account including external contacts and suppliers
- Programme Management ensuring the project systems and procedures are setup and structured
- correctly
- To co-ordinate and manage staff and contractors on site for the delivery of the project
- Maintaining good communication and reporting, externally with the client and internally within
- Wasserman Live
- Compiling and maintaining project reports, job sheets and schedules
- Development of additional business opportunities within the client account
THE SKILLS & EXPERIENCE YOU NEED:
- Good Planning and Project Management Skills
- Willingness and ability to travel Worldwide for up to 14 days at a time
- Excellent Communications skills – verbal, written and presentational
- Ability to speak a modern foreign language (Spanish) advantageous
- Proven ability to work as part of a team
- Knowledge of print production, fabrication and installation would be advantageous
- Ability to work under pressure and to tight deadlines
- Physically Fit to meet demands of on-site event work
- Confident IT skills
