At the core of Exoticca's brand equity is the commitment to "creating life milestones." We are a professional, dynamic, multicultural team in rapid international growth, seeking new partners to help us create the best and most forward-thinking travel company of our generation.
What about the team?
As a key player within the Performance Marketing team, the SEM Specialist will drive profitable growth across all Exoticca markets by leveraging AI, automation, and data-driven decision-making to maximize the return of our multi-million-dollar search marketing program.
Which will be your main responsibilities:
- Global Search Strategy & Campaign Architecture: Design, scale, and optimize large-scale Search campaigns across Google Ads and Microsoft Advertising, leveraging AI-powered campaign frameworks such as AI Max, Performance Max, Value-Based Bidding, and advanced audience targeting to achieve acquisition and profitability goals.
- First-Party Data & Measurement: Partner with MarTech, Data, and Analytics teams to improve measurement through Offline Conversions, Enhanced Conversions, predictive LTV models, and high-quality first-party data signals that strengthen platform optimization.
- Workflow Automation & Operational Excellence: Continuously improve team productivity by automating campaign creation, reporting, QA, monitoring, and optimization workflows using Google Ads Scripts, APIs, SQL, Google Sheets, and AI assistants such as Claude, ChatGPT, and Gemini.
- Experimentation & Incrementality: Design and execute structured testing roadmaps to evaluate automation, bidding strategies, campaign structures, landing pages, and emerging Search features, ensuring decisions are driven by measurable business impact rather than platform recommendations alone.
- Search Intelligence & AI Search Evolution: Monitor changes in user search behavior, including conversational search, AI-powered Search experiences, AI Overviews, and emerging discovery patterns, proactively adapting campaign structures, landing pages, and acquisition strategies.
- Strategic Planning & Innovation: Contribute to quarterly and annual SEM strategy, identifying new growth opportunities, evaluating emerging advertising products, and ensuring Exoticca remains at the forefront of Search marketing innovation.
- Platform Partnerships: Build strong relationships with Google and Microsoft account teams to gain early access to beta features, influence product development, and accelerate the adoption of innovative Search capabilities.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with Product, UX, CRM, Data, and MarTech teams to improve landing page performance, audience strategies, measurement quality, and end-to-end acquisition efficiency.
