Seller incubation Project Intern, Polish Speaking (TikTok Shop) - 2026 Start

Description

As a project intern, you will have the opportunity to engage in impactful short-term projects that provide you with a glimpse of professional real-world experience. You will gain practical skills through on-the-job learning in a fast-paced work environment and develop a deeper understanding of your career interests.

This internship will be project based.

Responsibilities
1. Community Operations
* Manage the seller community and drive seller engagement through daily community operations.
2. Seller Education & Content Development
* Collaborate with mentors and cross-functional teams to develop seller playbooks, educational materials, and marketing assets.
3. Merchant Program Operations
* Analyze merchant program performance and support the configuration, optimization, and daily operation of seller missions and incentive

Requirements

Minimum Qualifications
* Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business, Marketing, Economics, Data Science, Statistics, or a related field.
* Fluent in English and Polish, with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
* Proficient in Excel and SQL; experience with data analysis is preferred.
* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
* Self-motivated, proactive, and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
* Passion for e-commerce, creator economy, or digital marketing is a plus.
