  • TMG by client is seeking a Self-Directed Personal Care (SDPC) Specialist who is responsible for assisting with quality audits,
  • Complete internal monthly audits of SDPC (nursing) records.
  • Create quarterly reports in relation to audit outcomes.
  • Maintain internal database including status updates and clean up.
  • Provide assistance with intake of referrals.
  • Candidate should have excellent oral and written communication skills.
  • Be very proficient with MS Office suite such as Excel, Word, Outlook, and Access.
  • Must be well organized with attention to detail.
  • Must have ability to multi-task with varied timelines.
  • Must be able to work independently and have strong organization and planning skills.
  • Must be able to meet production goals with high degree of accuracy.
  • Be flexible and be able to adapt to changing business demands.
  • Must be results oriented individual with desire and strong work ethic.
  • Ability to adapt to different healthcare market segments.
  • Must be able to maintain confidential information and use discretion in handling operations.
