As a Security Sr. Specialist, you will play a key role in leading security operations across Northern Mexico, supporting warehouses, sales offices, transportation activities, and business operations. This position combines operational security expertise with strong business sense, requiring close collaboration with Supply Chain, Commercial, Procurement, and Finance teams to ensure business continuity and operational resilience!

Your Impact

In this role, you will:

  • Lead security operations across multiple locations in Northern Mexico, including warehouses, offices, and distribution activities.
  • Conduct security risk assessments and implement mitigation strategies to protect people, assets, products, and facilities.
  • Coordinate investigations related to theft, losses, security incidents, and operational disruptions.
  • Support business continuity, crisis management, emergency preparedness, and incident response activities.
  • Be responsible for security controls related to transportation, logistics, and distribution operations.
  • Partner closely with logistics and commercial teams to identify and mitigate operational risks.
  • Manage security providers and third-party vendors, ensuring service quality and compliance with company standards.
  • Monitor and manage security-related budgets, purchase orders, contracts, and expenditures.
  • Develop dashboards, indicators, and executive reports to support informed decision-making.
  • Build effective relationships with authorities, external partners, and internal customers.
  • Promote a strong security culture through awareness, compliance, and continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Lead and develop security capabilities across the region while ensuring effective execution of security programs.

Who We're Looking For

  • Bachelor's degree in Security Management, Criminal Justice, Law, Business Administration, Finance, Engineering, or a related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in Corporate Security, Physical Security, Patrimonial Security, Risk Management, or related fields.
  • Experience managing security operations across multiple sites and operational locations.
  • Knowledge of transportation security, logistics, supply chain security, or distribution environments is highly desirable.
  • Experience managing vendors, contracts, purchase orders, and security-related budgets.
  • Strong understanding of incident management, investigations, and risk mitigation.
  • Proven ability to influence partners across different functions and levels of the organization.
  • Experience working with authorities, law enforcement agencies, and external security partners.
  • Advanced English proficiency.
