Job Responsibilities

  • Attend Pre-event / Pre-conference meetings as Security Department’s representative.

  • Ensure proper hand over to Security Operations for execution of events/ conferences.

  • Assist in the conduct of site walks, briefings with internal and external stakeholders.

  • Assist to plan and coordinate security resources to support the events/ conferences.

  • Assist with security costs chargeback to external clients and internal departments. 

  • Assist to plan and brief contingency plans for major events.

  • Maintain professional skills by staying abreast of current developments and participating in developmental programs available within and outside the company.

  • Perform all other tasks in the IR, including CAT C Special Employee License tasks as directed by Vice President, Security Service Department.

Job Requirements

Education & Certification

  • Minimum Diploma qualification

Experience

  • Preferably with experience with the military/police service/ security industry in a supervisory role.

Other Prerequisites

  • Able to handle stress and multi-task.

  • Good IT skills especially in MS Office.

  • Good written and communication skills.

  • A team player with good interpersonal skills.

  • Must have attained at least PLRD Security Supervisor Grade.

  • Must possess a valid Special Employee License during his/her employment.
