Job description

The selected candidate will be hired directly by Control Risks as a Security Operations Center Operator based in Mexico City.

They will be responsible for monitoring relevant events in Mexico, with a particular focus on the state of Sinaloa, especially in areas surrounding locations frequently visited by the Client’s travelers.

Role tasks and responsibilities

⦁ GPS tracking and traveler check-ins during transfers.

⦁ Support the preparation of reports covering incident updates, geofences, relevant events, unauthorized routes, and general recommendations.

⦁ Send real-time information and alerts to users while they are en route.

⦁ Assist in developing standard tracking and communication protocols with travelers.

⦁ Maintain constant coordination and communication with the Security Manager and Control Risks assets in the event of security incidents involving travelers.
