Security Officer and Supervisor

With over 20 years of experience, the primary objective of AJ2 Security is to assist Management by increasing operating effectiveness and reduce loss. We will determine the factors leading to decreased revenues and help Management overcome them.

We represent the gold-standard in internal Security support, successfully meeting the needs of Management, Directors of Safety and Security, and Loss Prevention Departments. SECURITY SUPERVISOR RESPONSIBILITIES

• Evaluate, assess and analyze performance of security personnel.
   
• Ensure compliance of applicable policies and regulations while implementing security measures.

• Train and schedule programs and functions to security personnel.

• Supervise and oversee security functions within the organization.

• Initiate disciplinary measures wherever necessary.

SECURITY OFFICER RESPONSIBILITIES

• Secure premises and personnel by patrolling property; monitoring surveillance equipment; inspecting buildings, equipment, and access points; permitting entry.
   
• Prevent losses and damage by reporting irregularities; informing violators of policy and procedures; restraining trespassers.
   
• Control traffic by directing drivers.
   
• Complete reports by recording observations, information, occurrences, and surveillance activities; interviewing witnesses; obtaining signatures.
   
• Maintain environment by monitoring and setting building and equipment controls.
   
• Maintain organization's stability and reputation by complying with legal requirements.
   
• Contribute to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.

• Must be able to pass a pre-employment drug test and a comprehensive background check.
   
• Must be 21 years of age.
   
• Must have a high school diploma or equivalency.
   
• Must be able to understand the English language and communicate it effectively in both the verbal and written form.
   
• Must be available evenings and weekends.
   
• Must have reliable transportation.
