Your role:

AI Security Governance & Risk Management

  • Further development of AI security policies, guidelines and governance requirements
  • Proactive identification, assessment and documentation of risks when using AI systems (LLMs, agent-based systems, external AI services)
  • Execution of threat modelling and security analyses – including prompt injection, data leakage and model misuse
  • Tracking and monitoring of risks, vulnerabilities and measures based on key metrics

Project Management & Implementation

  • End-to-end planning and management of projects to secure LLMs, machine learning and AI applications
  • Enforcement of security policies, best practices and hardening measures
  • Design and implementation of AI-based automations and agent-based workflows for incident response, security event analyses and documentation within the security teams

Consulting & Collaboration

  • Topic-specific consulting for business units on safe use of AI tools and development of responsible usage scenarios
  • Anchoring AI in security processes and identification of suitable use cases to increase efficiency
  • Close collaboration with corporate security, SMT security engineers and business departments

Your Profile:

  • You have successfully completed a degree in IT or IT Security (or comparable field) and subsequently gained at least four years of professional experience, preferably in an industrial manufacturing company.
  • Terms such as prompt injection, model inversion, AI ethics, and AI governance are familiar to you.
  • You have relevant experience with AI systems, sound knowledge of security best practices and hardening measures, as well as practical experience implementing security solutions.
  • Strong project management skills and fluent English enable you to work in an international and complex environment.
  • Knowledge of ISO 270xx and CIS Controls completes your profile. Ideally, you possess relevant certifications (e.g., ISO 27001, CISSP, PRINCE2, or ITIL)
  • With a high degree of flexibility, initiative, and a results-oriented and team-oriented work style, you are able to master demanding challenges.
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills are essential.
  • Fluent German and English skills are required; knowledge of other languages ​​is an advantage.
