The Security Control Center Analyst helps protect TC Energy personnel, visitors, and assets in Mexico. In a 24/7 environment, the role monitors business travel and security events, provides initial incident support, and coordinates timely communication with key stakeholders.

Responsabilities:

  • Monitor business travel and security events using intelligence, CCTV, GPS, satellite, and notification platforms.
  • Provide initial incident response and escalate emergencies under established protocols.
  • Maintain accurate travel, personnel, and access-control records.
  • Support travelers and international visitors while coordinating with security teams and relevant authorities.
  • Active monitoring of open sources and intelligence platforms for security events that may impact operation zones or employee groups, sharing relevant information promptly via designated channels with the Mexico Security internal team.
  • Execute the Business Travel Behavior Tracking – Dashboard, following the established process, analyzing compliance and non-compliance with air and ground travel protocols.
  • Monitor the Closed-Circuit Camera System for response to security incidents and access control, and support investigations according to the PI & Footage Requests protocol.

Requirements:

  • Graduate or in titling process.
  • An 80% minimum of English level.
  • 1 years’ experience in administration (not mandatory)
  • Working hours will rotate around 12hr shift patterns, 2 x 12hrs day shift pattern, 2 x 12hr night shift pattern, 2 x 12hr days off.
  • 2 years’ experience in security travel management.
