* Planning & Definition: Defining project scope, objectives, deliverables, tasks, and timelines.
  * Resource & Budget Management: Allocating resources, managing budgets, and tracking expenses.
  * Team Leadership: Building, motivating, and directing project teams, fostering communication.
  * Execution & Monitoring: Overseeing progress, managing risks, ensuring quality, and reporting status to stakeholders.
 * Stakeholder Management: Serving as the central point of contact, managing expectations, and bridging technical teams with business goals.

 * Required to manage P & L of the project

 * PMP or equivalent certification
