Security Ambassador

This position is responsible for protecting the assets of Downtown Grand while interacting with guests and Team Members ensuring the utmost in guest service.

Responsibilties:

• Walking and observing the casino floor while interacting with the customers to ensure a superior customer experience
• Sign up guests for the loyalty program
• Maintain knowledge of current casino promotions in order to accurately provide information to customers
• Build and maintain relationships with customers utilizing friendly and polite demeanor
• Maintains familiarity with all areas of the property
• Maintains security to ensure the safety of the company and guests
• Protect the company and its assets from theft, vandalism, and illegal activities including the customers, business, and employees

Qualifications:

• Leadership skills, professionalism, and ability to remain calm during stressful situations.
• Must have effective communication skills. Superior guest service experience preferred.
• Must have proficiency in typing, computer skills.

• Must be able to obtain a Gaming Registration, Alcohol Awareness Card and CPR Certification
