American Crystal Sugar is seeking motivated individuals to join the seasonal harvest team!  We offer a safe working environment in a fast paced setting. Be a part of the hustle and bustle we call Sugarbeet Harvest in the Red River Valley!  May begin September working intermittent through mid-October depending on mother nature.

Positions starting at $19.94 - $21.50 depending on experience and skillset!!

Job Duties:

• Be a team player showing initiative and strong work ethic.
• Demonstrate the ability to follow instructions and communicate in a team environment.
• 12 hour shifts – 7 days/week 7:00 – 7:00 and 8:00 – 8:00.
• Walking and standing for much of the shift.
• Open to learn multiple positions is a plus.
• Performs other duties as assigned.

**Some positions may require a valid driver’s license, the ability to lift 50 pounds, and perform work at various heights.

Minimum Requirements 

• High School diploma or a GED certificate is required.
• Applicants must be at least 18 years old.
• Successfully pass the pre-employment drug test and criminal background check.
