Job description
• Qualified candidate must be able to obtain a DoD Interim Secret Security Clearance prior to starting this position. This requires US Citizenship.
• Solid understanding of Agile principles and the Scrum framework
• Ability to facilitate Scrum events (daily stand ups, sprint planning, reviews, retrospectives)
• Basic knowledge of product backlog grooming, sprint backlog creation, and story point estimation
• Strong communication and coaching skills to guide team members and stakeholders
• Basic knowledge of project‑management fundamentals (MS Project, Primavera, Agile/Waterfall basics)
