• Secondary skills: IBM Cognos Analytics (reporting, data modules, security)
• Location: Hyderabad (Mindspace#12B)
• Educational Qualification: B.Tech/BE/M.Tech/MCA/M.Sc
• Experience: 10-15 Yrs

 

Job Description: 

• Should play a pivotal role in leading and overseeing the end-to-end delivery of managed services across a portfolio of projects.
• Expected to manage a team of project managers (Managed Services), technical staff, and support personnel, while being the primary interface between clients and internal teams.
• Strong project management background with extensive experience in managed services, IT operations, and client management.
• Able to define the strategic roadmap for managed services, ensuring alignment with organizational goals.
• Establish and maintain key metrics to track project performance, including SLAs, KPIs, and other service-level standards.
• Proven experience in managing large-scale managed services projects.
• Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
• Expertise in project management methodologies such as Agile, Waterfall, and hybrid models.
• Demonstrated ability to manage complex stakeholder relationships.
• Familiar with the latest tools and technologies used in managed services and service delivery.
