Scrum Master

Location : Lodz, Poland

Type : Contract OR Permanent

We are looking for a Scrum Master at our Munich, Germany Location.

You will be part of product development program for our automotive-qualified firmware. Depending on your experience level, you will be the servant leader of one or multiple Scrum teams within our scaled agile development framework (SAFe)

Your tasks:

·        You manage agile ceremonies according to Scrum and SAFe and you empower the team to relentlessly improve these processes

·        You coach your Scrum team in effective application of agile practices and you manage personal and professional growth of all team members individually

·        You actively support your Scrum team with resolving impediments in a self-organized way – if required you push the organization in order to remove structural impediments

·        You help the system team with establishing a DevOps culture across team boundaries
