  • Support Agile transformation initiatives and help drive organizational Agile maturity.
  • Monitor and improve team effectiveness through Agile metrics, feedback, and continuous learning.

  • At least 3–5 years of experience as a Scrum Master supporting Agile teams within international organizations or global corporate environments.
  • Professional Scrum Master certification (PSM I required, PSM II preferred) or an equivalent certification such as CSM or SAFe Scrum Master.
  • SAFe Agilist certification (or equivalent SAFe certification) and practical experience working within scaled Agile environments.
  • Strong understanding of Agile frameworks and methodologies, including Scrum, Kanban, Lean, and SAFe.
  • Experience working with distributed, cross-functional, and multicultural teams across multiple locations and time zones.
  • Proven ability to coach teams and stakeholders, facilitate workshops, and drive Agile adoption.
  • Hands-on experience with Agile delivery tools such as Jira, Confluence, Azure DevOps, or similar platforms.
  • Strong communication, facilitation, stakeholder management, and conflict-resolution skills.
  • Ability to influence without direct authority and build strong relationships across all organizational levels
